Lana Greben - Bio

Born in Ukraine in 1978, Lana received a law degree from Dnipropetrovsk State University before moving to Québec, Canada. There, she received a degree in fine arts from the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Temiscamingue, and refined her technique through workshops with some of Canadaʼs most famous artists. Lana has had exhibitions of her work across Canada, as well as in Spain, France and the United States. Inspired by the world of fashion, and dedicated to promoting the work of fashion designers everywhere, Lanaʼs work is an ongoing artistic experimentation and reinterpretation of fashion illustration techniques. Using mixed media, pastel, acrylic and the techniques of fashion illustrators, she shows not only fragments of feminine characters, but the feelings in women’s faces that create the atmosphere of fashion, ushering the observer into a world of extreme sophistication.
