All DENY Designs products are 100% custom which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order! The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange at anytime: Create Your Own products, Alternative Down Comforter Inserts, Cell Phone Cases, Prints, Fabric by the Yard, Room-In-A-Cube, Gift Set Deals, and Sample Sale items.

There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned/exchanged furniture items (desks, cubes, dining tables, round tables, side tables, coffee tables, credenzas, corn hole sets, etc.)

We welcome all return/exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.

Item arrived damaged OR
I received the wrong item.

DENY will replace the damaged item with the correct item.

STEP ONE: Notify DENY Designs by completing this form within 30 calendar days of the original ship date. A photo of the damage/defect is required.
STEP TWO: DENY will email you a shipping label. You will need to print the label and tape it to your box for shipping.
STEP THREE: DENY will then send you the correct item after receiving the original one.

Unhappy with size, design or color

DENY will exchange for a different item or apply a return on your item.

STEP ONE: Notify DENY Designs by completing this form within 30 calendar days of the original ship date.
STEP TWO: Ship your item back to DENY Designs using the provided mailing address when applying for your exchange or return (The mailing address is provided in the confirmation email once you have applied for an exchange or return). The customer is responsible for shipping costs to mail the item back to DENY Designs.
STEP THREE: DENY will either provide you with your store credit to select a new item, or refund you for the price of the product paid, once the original item(s) have arrived safely at DENY Designs within 3 business days. Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note that we cannot add or delete items from orders. If you need to cancel an order, please contact the DENY Designs Support team ASAP, as all of our goods are made to order. Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 2 hours of the order being placed.

All refused packages will be automatically restocked and subject to a 15% service fee off the full cost of the item. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Duvet Cover (All sizes)

What is thread count on the cover?

Our Luxe duvet covers are jacquard woven, therefore they do not have a comparable thread count. Our lightweight duvet cover is closer to a sheeting material and has a thread count of 300.

Are pillow shams available for any of the duvet covers? Yes, standard pillow shams or King size shams are available. We also offer 26" x 26” throw pillows, which are same size as a Euro sham. They can be found in the indoor throw pillow section of our site.

How do you wash the duvet cover?

All DENY Designs duvet covers are machine washable. We recommend washing on cold and drying on low heat. Make sure not to use an iron or other direct heat on your DENY Designs duvet cover.

What is the difference between the Lightweight and the Luxe duvet cover?


-tight, low profile weave

-made of imported fabric

-printed/constructed in the states

-raw color of fabric is off-white.

-top and bottom fabric content is 100% polyester

-corner ties to keep the insert in place

-zip enclosure

-machine washable with cold water, tumble dry on low


-heavier weighted fabric with a textured weave

Shower Curtain

Do the shower curtains require a liner?

We do recommend using a liner with your DENY shower curtain. Check out our PVC-free liners in the Essentials Collection, or on the shower curtain product page where you can purchase these items together!

How do you hang the shower curtain?

Shower rings can be put through the buttonhole openings at the top of the curtain. Please note that shower rings are not included, but check out our rings in the Essentials Collection, or on the shower curtain product page where you can purchase these items together!

How do you wash the shower curtain?

All DENY shower curtains are machine washable. Wash them on cold and then tumble dry on low (or hang dry). Our curtains will not fade as you wash them.

Can I use a custom image? If so what are the file requirements?

Yes, you can use your own image. The image needs to be 5000 x 5000 pixels.






What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards which include VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Modifying Art

Can you change color or orientation of an artists work?

Unfortunately we cannot. Our artists design pieces with very specific colors in mind, therefore we are not permitted to make changes ourselves.
