RETURN POLICY:

All DENY Designs products are 100% custom which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order! DENY always wants a happy customer so here is our return policy.

REASON FOR RETURN	SOLUTION	RETURN PROCESS
Item arrived damaged OR I received the wrong item.	DENY will replace the damaged item with the correct item.	STEP ONE: Notify DENY Designs by completing this form within 30 calendar days of the original ship date. STEP TWO: DENY will email you a shipping label. You will need to print the label and tape it to your box for shipping. STEP THREE: DENY will then send you the correct item after receiving the original one.
Unhappy with size, design or color	DENY will exchange for a different item or apply a return on your item. (There is no exchange or return available on our Create Your Own products)	STEP ONE: Notify DENY Designs by completing this form within 30 calendar days of the original ship date. STEP TWO: Ship your item back to DENY Designs using the provided mailing address when applying for your exchange or return (The mailing address is provided in the confirmation email once you have applied for an exchange or return). The customer is responsible for shipping costs to mail the item back to DENY Designs. STEP THREE: DENY will either provide you with your store credit to select a new item, or refund your order once the original item has arrived safely at DENY Designs within 3 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact the DENY Designs Support team ASAP. Cancellation requests can be accommodated up to 6 hours after the order has been placed. Since each product is made to order, we can't cancel an order or stop shipment after 6 hours.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

DENY Designs ships throughout the United States of America, as well as the rest of the WORLD! Customers can choose USPS delivery or UPS delivery. As each product is custom made to order, we ask for 5-10 business days for production before an item ships. Please note that these times are estimates and certain products may ship faster or later than stated.

Duvet Cover (All sizes)	What is thread count on the cover?	There is no thread count as the duvet cover is not made of cotton. The duvet is made of an ultra-soft microfiber which is similiar to the feel of fleece.
	Are pillow shams available for any of the duvet covers?	Pillow shams are not available.
	How do you wash the duvet cover?	All DENY duvet covers are machine washable. Our duvets will not fade as you wash them and will actually get softer with each wash.
	Can I use a custom image? If so what are the file requirements?	Yes, you can use your own image. The image needs to be 6000 x 6000 pixels.
Shower Curtain	Does it come with a plastic liner?	DENY shower curtains do not come with a plastic liner.
	How do you hang the shower curtain?	Shower rings can be put through the buttonhole openings at the top of the curtain. Please note that shower rings are not included.
	How do you wash the shower curtain?	All DENY shower curtains are machine washable. Our curtains will not fade as you wash them.
	Can I use a custom image? If so what are the file requirements?	Yes, you can use your own image. The image needs to be 5000 x 5000 pixels.
BlingBox	What are the dimensions of the BlingBox?	The BlingBox is 22 inches wide, 22 inches high, and 3 inches deep (when closed).
	What is the BlingBox made of?	The BlingBox is made of 100% sustainable, eco-friendly flat grain Amber Bamboo. Our bamboo is manufactured without added formaldehyde and is FSC 100% certified.
	How is the front cover attached to the box?	The BlingBox covers are steel and magnetized to the box so you can remove the covers as often as you want.
	How many covers does the BlingBox come with?	The BlingBox comes with 1 front cover; however, customers can order additional covers on the DENY website whenever they wish.
	Does the BlingBox come with a mirror?	Yes, the BlingBox has a full size mirror on the inside door.
	How does the BlingBox hang on my wall?	The BlingBox attaches easily to your wall with an aluminum 'Z' bracket. The BlingBox arrives at your home with a bracket already attached to the back of the box so customers are only required to attach one bracket to the wall, which is included in the box. The wall bracket requires four screws, also included, and no power tools are needed. Customers can choose to attach the bracket to wall studs or not.
	How much jewelry can the BlingBox hold?	The BlingBox holds over 300 pieces in all shapes and sizes.
	Can I use a custom image? If so what are the file requirements?	Yes, you can use your own image. The image needs to be 3500 x 3500 pixels.

Modifying Art	Can you change color or orientation of an artists work?	Unfortunately we cannot. Our artists design pieces with very specific colors in mind, therefore we are not permitted to make changes ourselves.
