Bummer! We sure are sad to see that you are unhappy with your purchase. Let’s hope we can make lemonade out of these lemons!

All DENY Designs products are 100% custom made to order which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order. 

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange at anytime: Create Your Own products, Alternative Down Comforter Inserts, Cell Phone Cases, Art Prints, Fabric by the Yard, Room-In-A-Cube, Gift Set Deals, Stockings, Ornaments, Floor Pillows, and Sample Sale items. A 30% restocking fee will be processed for all returned/exchanged furniture items (desks, cubes, dining tables, round tables, side tables, coffee tables, credenzas, corn hole sets, etc.)

*Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for wholesale orders. Contact your wholesale representative for more information.

We welcome all return/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

Item arrived damaged.
I received the wrong item.

DENY will replace the damaged item with the correct item.

STEP ONE: Notify DENY Designs by completing the form below within 30 calendar days from the original ship date. A photo of the damage/defect is required.

STEP TWO: DENY will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print the label and attach it to your box for shipping.**Please include your packing list with your returned item**

STEP THREE: DENY will send you the correct item and share those tracking details with you once shipped. 

Unhappy with size, design or color

DENY will issue you store credit for a different item or apply a return credit to your original form of payment.

(There are no exchanges or returns accepted on our Create Your Own products)

STEP ONE: Notify DENY Designs by completing the form below within 30 calendar days from the original ship date.

STEP TWO: DENY Designs Support will follow up with you via email to issue a return authorization code and return instructions for sending the item(s) back. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to mail the item(s) back to DENY Designs and the initial cost of shipping to have the item(s) sent to you is non-refundable.

STEP THREE:  Once DENY receives the item(s) back in new condition we will either process an exchange providing you with store credit of equal value, to select a new item, or process a return refunding the price of the product(s). We strive to process all credits/refund within 3 business days of receipt.
