While I loved the idea of shaping my surroundings, I often felt constricted by the ideas of what spaces were supposed to look like. It was a quest for expressionism that has led me to where I am today, a photographer.  My way of looking at the world is slightly off center from the traditional view. I like being unique. After many years of worrying what others think, I have finally embraced being me.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n  \u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eI am happiest in the warm sunshine. However, life has taught me that you have to weather a few storms to truly appreciate it! It is an affinity for the sun that has led me favor bright colors, yet an appreciation for the quiet times that allows me to truly understand the tranquil beauty found in a world of black \u0026amp; white.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n  \u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eMy main focus for shooting is life. Time simply moves too fast. The goal of my photography is to encourage others to slow down and spend time enjoying the little things. Notice the small details that are often overlooked yet are what make life worth living. By stopping to enjoy the simple moments, we will find beauty all around us. My goal is put images out there that touch the heart. Maybe stir up a few emotions. I shoot based on what triggers emotional responses within me, and hopefully you, the viewer. But most of all, I want to spread some happiness.
