As the world's response to coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we promise to keep you informed of all changes that might impact the way we serve the DenyDesigns community.  We care very deeply about the wellbeing of everyone in the DenyDesigns community and we are monitoring and following the latest guidelines from the CDC and WHO to continue to maintain a safe environment so that we can support our retail partners, vendors and employees.

Face Mask Disclaimer

• The product is a face mask and is made using 100% polyester sheeting on the front layer, 100% microfiber polyester on the back layer and rounded woven elastic for the ear loops.
• The product is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.
• The product is not recommended for use in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high.
• The product has not been FDA cleared or approved.
• The product has been authorized by FDA under an EUA for use as source control by the general public as well as by HCP in healthcare settings as to help prevent the spread of infection or illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The product is authorized only for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of medical devices, including alternative products used as medical devices, during the COVID-19 outbreak, under section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1) unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.
