About the Artist
barbara sherman
Barbara is a wife, mother and photographer transplanted from coastal Maine to the thin air in the northern Arizona mountains outside of Flagstaff. Schooled as an engineer, she "retired" after the birth of her fourth child, and returned to photography. With the digital explosion, she began to shoot seriously. Her photo journey has led her to focus on macro photography and all the beauty and wonder of the little things in the world.
