About the Artist

Adam Shaw is a vintage map reproduction expert that specializes in stylizing, producing and restoring old cartographs. His love of cartography began with his parents specifically his mother exposed him to antiques and design at a young age through her job as an antique dealer. Adam grew up around old muskets and maps, detailing old shipwrecks off the Outer Banks Shores. As he grew up, his childhood experiences developed into a love of history and exploration that fuel his creative process today. Adam also loves to experiment with other aspects of art that range from vintage paintings reproductions to photography.
