Heather’s diverse style bridges the gap between retro and contemporary design. Her designs can be seen on a variety of licensed products in the US & Europe including fabrics, lighting, wall coverings, stationary and more. Nestled in her lime green studio in Kennebunk, Maine, Heather spends her days dreamGina Rivas-Velazquez is the founder of Gina Rivas Design. GRD creates art with vibrant colors believing that trends of today demand bold & striking images. Gina has answered the call with her innovative collections including Tribal, Salsa, Masquerade and Safari designs to name a few. Gina explodes with exiting color and cutting edge artwork in all of her collections. She interprets the bling associated with urban life and brings her own sophisticated style to this. Gina strives to juggle her busy schedule as a wife and mother of two active boys in their home in New Jersey. Gina has translated her background in the fashion industry into designs for all manufacturers.
