About the Artist

mpgmb

Mpgmb is Marie-Pier Guilmain and Maud Beauchamp. They met a while ago while studying industrial design and haven’t stopped collaborating ever since.

Together they work within the fields of furniture, products and graphic design to create an ever-evolving set of prototypes, self-edited small series and mass-produced objects.

The duo embraces a multidisciplinary, intuitive and spontaneous approach to design. Extracting and fusing ideas from a wide range of sources, they do not deliberately forge references; instead, they use these to develop their own distinctive language. Through their work, Marie-Pier and Maud hope to share their genuine enthusiasm for design and craftsmanship.
